The difference
A free call that ends like a meeting, not like a dropped line.
Most free plans end the call the second the timer runs out. Agendiq's Free plan is built for meetings, so the end is part of the plan.
Warned, twice
Everyone sees a notice 5 and 1 minutes before video pauses, so the last agenda item can land.
An audio wrap-up
At 45 minutes cameras pause and the call carries on with audio for 10 more minutes to agree next steps.
Phones join free
Up to 50 people join from their phones by QR code to vote, ask questions and add ideas, with no account and no app.
Which one
The best free video call depends on the call.
Long one-to-one calls
Google Meet's free plan has no time limit for two people. For calls with a friend or a quick 1:1 that runs long, it's hard to beat.
Big groups, briefly
Zoom, Google Meet and Teams all fit 100 people on their free plans, for 40 to 60 minutes.
Small, quick check-ins
Whereby's free room works in the browser for up to 4 people and 30 minutes.
Team meetings with an agenda
Agendiq runs the agenda, a countdown per item and the call together, and the room votes from their phones. Free calls last 45 minutes; Pro removes the limit for $15 a month billed yearly.
Free video call questions
Which free video call app has no time limit?
For one-to-one calls, Google Meet's free plan has no time limit. For group calls, none of the free plans compared here is unlimited: Zoom stops at 40 minutes, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams at 60, Whereby at 30 and Agendiq at 45 minutes of video plus a 10-minute audio wrap-up. Unlimited group calls need a paid plan, such as Agendiq Pro at $15 a month billed yearly.
What is the Google Meet time limit?
On a free Google account, Google Meet calls with three or more people end after 60 minutes, with up to 100 people. One-to-one calls have no time limit. Paid Google Workspace plans remove the group limit.
Why does Zoom stop at 40 minutes?
Zoom's free Basic plan limits every meeting to 40 minutes, including one-to-one calls, with up to 100 people. Removing the limit needs a paid plan; Zoom Pro is $16.99 a month, or $14.16 billed yearly.
How long can a Microsoft Teams free meeting last?
Microsoft Teams (free) allows group meetings of up to 60 minutes with up to 100 people, and one-to-one meetings of up to 30 hours.
Is there a free conference call service with no cut-off?
Agendiq's Free plan doesn't cut a call off mid-sentence: video runs for 45 minutes, everyone is warned 5 and 1 minutes before, then the call continues on audio for a 10-minute wrap-up. Up to 50 more people can join from their phones to vote, ask questions and add ideas, free and without an account.
Do participants need an account to join an Agendiq call?
No. Participants open the link or scan the code and join in their browser, on a laptop or a phone. Only the person who runs the meeting signs up, and they can use the Free plan forever.
How do I get video calls with no time limit on Agendiq?
Pro removes the per-call limit and adds HD video, 25 people on camera and 30 video hours a month, for $15 a month billed yearly or $19 monthly. Every new account gets Pro free for its first 14 days, no card.
