Meeting timer

A meeting timer that follows your agenda.

Every agenda item gets its own countdown. A soft chime when time is up, the next item one key away, and a score at the end for how well you kept time.

Keep every meeting on time, without being the bad guy.

One countdown per agenda item
Each block has its own time. The big clock counts it down and the agenda beside it shows what's next and when the meeting will end.
A soft chime, never an alarm
A gentle sound and a colour change in the last minute, a chime at zero. Add five minutes with one key when the discussion is worth it.
Everyone sees the time
Participants follow on their phones, and a timekeeper can nudge the room ("two minutes left") without interrupting.
Know if you kept time
When you finish, you get a meeting score and how many minutes early or late you ended. Insights show the trend week by week.
Extend, skip, reorder
Arrow keys move between items, space pauses, and the end time updates as you go. The plan bends; the meeting still ends on time.
Free, in the browser
Nothing to install. Build the agenda in a minute from a template or a sentence, then run it full screen.

Presenting in the meeting? Attach interactive slides to an agenda item and the timer keeps running while you present.

Questions

How do I time a meeting agenda?

Give each agenda item a length, then run the meeting live: Agendiq counts down each item in turn, shows what's next, and keeps the end time visible so everyone knows where you are.

Is the meeting timer free?

Yes. Building agendas and running them with the timer is free during the 14-day trial and stays available to read afterwards. Plans start at Pro for live mode with phones and video.

Does it work for remote meetings?

Yes. Share the screen, or use the built-in video call: the timer and agenda follow the call, and everyone can see the countdown on their own phone.

Can someone else keep time?

Yes. Give a person the timekeeper part. Their phone shows the clock and lets them nudge the room at two minutes, wrap-up or over time.

What happens when time runs out?

A soft chime plays, the clock turns into a gentle over-time count, and you choose: add five minutes or move on. Nothing stops abruptly.
