How to use it

Tap a preset from 1 minute to 90, or type any minutes and seconds and press Set. Up to ten hours.

Press F for full screen. At zero a soft chime plays and the clock counts how far over you are.
Timing a meeting?
Give every agenda item its own countdown.

Online timer questions
How do I set a timer online?
Pick a preset or type the minutes and seconds, then press Start. This timer runs in your browser on any laptop, tablet or phone, with nothing to install and no account.
Does the online timer make a sound when time is up?
Yes, a soft two-note chime made in your browser, with no audio file to load. Turn it off with the bell button. Because the chime is scheduled when you press Start, it plays on time even if the timer's tab is in the background.
Can I make the timer full screen?
Yes. Press F or the full screen button. The digits fill the screen so a whole room or class can read them; Escape takes you back. On iPhone, where browsers don't allow full screen for pages, turn the phone sideways instead.
Will it keep counting if I switch tabs?
Yes. The timer works from the clock rather than counting ticks, so it stays exact in a background tab, and the time left shows in the tab title. While it runs it also asks the device to keep the screen awake, where the browser allows.
What keyboard shortcuts does it have?
Space starts and pauses, R resets to the length you set, and F switches full screen on and off. The shortcuts pause while you're typing in the minutes or seconds field.
Can I time each item of a meeting agenda?
