In short

Workshop templates in Agendiq pair a board layout (columns or a 2×2 grid) with a timed agenda. People add ideas to the board from their phones, you group them, and the room dot-votes what matters most. It works in a meeting room or on a video call, and the summary keeps every note and decision.

Questions people ask

What's the difference between a retro and a workshop template?
A retrospective looks back at how a period of work went; other workshops look forward (planning, strategy) or dig into a problem (root cause, 5 whys). All of them are a board plus an agenda here.
Can people add ideas anonymously?
Yes. Notes from phones don't show names on the board, which helps honest retros.
How does dot voting work?
Each person gets a few dots (set per template) and places them on the notes they think matter most. The board then sorts by votes.
