Video meetings

The video meeting app that follows your agenda.

Every other call shows the same grid of faces for an hour. In Agendiq the call changes with each agenda item, so the room does what the meeting needs.

Agenda-driven layouts

Eight kinds of agenda item, eight ways the call behaves.

When a block starts, the call adjusts on its own. Nobody has to remember to mute everyone for the update or to switch to the idea wall for the brainstorm.

  • Check-in

everyone's mood and word shows on their tile.

  • Info

the speaker is spotlighted, everyone else is muted. Raise a hand to ask.

  • Discuss

open floor. Talk balance is shown so every voice gets room.

  • Decide

the outcome gets captured for everyone.

  • Brainstorm

send ideas from your device, they fill the screen.

  • Vote

tiles show a tick when someone has voted, never what.

  • Break

cameras pause. Everyone comes back together.

  • Wrap-up

decisions and actions, then the call ends with the agenda.

Joining

A link and a browser. That's the whole setup.

Guests never sign up and never install anything. The person running the meeting needs an account; everyone else just clicks.

  • Calls are live only and never recorded
  • Phones vote and send ideas alongside the call
  1. Send one link

Invites carry the agenda, plus a calendar file once the meeting has a date and time. Each link joins that person by name.

  2. Open it in a browser

Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, on a laptop or a phone. No download, no plugin, no account for guests.

  3. Let people in

Guests can join once the host is in the call. The host grants presenter or screen-share rights with one click.

  4. Share a screen

A shared screen takes the stage in every block except a break, and the agenda keeps running beside it.

Compared

Agendiq, Zoom, Google Meet and Teams.

The big three are general-purpose and great at it. Agendiq is built for one thing: team meetings that need to end on time with decisions. Here's how the free tiers and the meeting features line up.

Video meeting questions

Is Agendiq's video meeting app free?

Joining is always free: guests need no account and no plan. Hosting calls is included in the 14-day free trial (no card needed) and then in Pro at $19 a month, or $15 billed yearly. There is no permanent free plan for hosts.

Do participants need to download anything or create an account?

No. Participants open the invite link or scan the code and join in their browser, on a laptop or a phone. They type their name and they're in.

How many people can join a call?

Up to 25 people on Pro and during the trial, and up to 50 on Team. Enterprise plans go to 100 or 250. It's built for real team meetings rather than webinars.

Are calls recorded?

Never. Calls are live only and Agendiq doesn't record audio or video. What's kept is what the meeting produced: decisions, action items, notes, votes and ideas.

What happens when the video hours run out?

A video hour is one person in a call for one hour, so a 30-minute call with 6 people on camera uses 3. Pro includes 30 video hours a month and Team 50 per facilitator, pooled. Meetings without video don't count. Past the allowance, calls continue with audio and screen sharing. You can switch on pay-as-you-go video at $0.65 per extra hour, capped at three times your included hours.

Does it work for hybrid meetings?

Yes. Put the call on the room's screen, and remote people join from their laptops. Everyone, in the room or not, votes, sends ideas and checks in from their own phone, so the people at home aren't second-class.

Should I replace Zoom, Google Meet or Teams?

For team meetings of up to 50 people, most teams find they don't need a separate call any more. Keep your existing tool for webinars, large all-hands and anything you need to record.
