Integrations
Meetings in from your calendar. Decisions out to your tools.
Agendiq fits into the way your team already works: calendars bring the meetings in, and every decision and action lands in Slack, your automations or your own code when the meeting ends.

Short answer
01How it fits
One meeting, connected to everything around it.
Before the meeting your calendar brings it in. During it, the room decides. After it, the decisions and actions go wherever your team will see them, without anyone copying them over.
Decisions and actions go where your team works
When a meeting ends, every decision, action and poll result goes out as a signed webhook. Connect Zapier, Make or n8n in minutes and send them on to any of thousands of apps.
Your calendar, ready for agendas
Connect Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar and the next two weeks of meetings appear in Agendiq, each one ready for an agenda. Read only.
A recap in Slack, every time
Post each meeting's decisions and actions to the channel your team already reads, plus a weekly round-up of who owes what.
An API you can build on
Read meetings, decisions and actions over a REST API with keys you control, and verify every webhook with its HMAC signature. Documented, with examples to copy.
02Every integration
Set up in a few minutes each.
Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar
Your calendar's meetings for the next 14 days appear on the Meetings page, each one ready for an agenda in one tap. Read only: Agendiq never writes to your calendar. Invites you send from Agendiq land in any calendar, with an entry that moves when the meeting does.
- 1Copy your calendar's secret iCal address (Google: Settings, Integrate calendar. Outlook: Publish a calendar, ICS link. Apple: share as a public calendar).
- 2Paste it in Integrations in Agendiq.
- 3Meetings arrive with an agenda button. Connect up to 3 calendars.
Invites: every plan. Calendar feed: Pro and Team.Slack
When a meeting ends, its decisions and actions are posted to a channel, with owners, due dates and a link to the summary. Turn on a weekly round-up of what is late and due this week.
- 1Create an incoming webhook for the channel in Slack.
- 2Paste it in Integrations in Agendiq and send a test.
- 3Choose the meeting recap, the weekly round-up, or both.
Pro and Team, set up by a team owner or admin.Zapier
Send each decision, action or poll result on to thousands of apps: a row in Google Sheets, a task in your project tool, a card on a board.
- 1In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook.
- 2Paste its address as a webhook endpoint in Agendiq.
- 3Press Send test event and map the fields.
Pro and Team.DocsMake
Build a scenario that starts when a meeting ends, a decision is made or an action is done, or pull open actions on a schedule over the API.
- 1Add a Custom webhook module in Make.
- 2Paste its address into Agendiq.
- 3Send a test event so Make learns the structure.
Pro and Team.Docsn8n
Self-hosted or cloud, an n8n Webhook node receives the same signed events, so your workflows run on your own infrastructure.
- 1Add a Webhook node (POST) in n8n.
- 2Paste its production URL as an endpoint in Agendiq.
- 3Verify the X-Agendiq-Signature header in a Code node if you like.
Pro and Team.DocsWebhooks
A signed POST to your endpoint for 6 events: meeting.ended, decision.created, action.created, action.done, action.overdue, poll.closed. Every delivery carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature you can check with a few lines of code.
- 1Add your endpoint in Integrations and pick events.
- 2Keep the signing secret on your server.
- 3Verify each delivery, then parse it.
Pro and Team.DocsREST API
Read meetings, decisions and actions from your own code, a spreadsheet or a script. Keys are read only, can be revoked any time, and list endpoints page with a cursor.
- 1Create a key in Integrations.
- 2Send it as Authorization: Bearer agq_…
- 3Call /api/v1/meetings, /api/v1/decisions or /api/v1/actions.

Questions about integrations
Does Agendiq work with Google Calendar and Outlook?
Yes, both ways. Invites you send from Agendiq land in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar on every plan. On Pro and Team you can also connect a calendar's secret iCal address so its meetings for the next 14 days appear in Agendiq, ready for an agenda. Agendiq only reads the feed and never writes to your calendar.
Can Agendiq post meeting notes to Slack?
Yes. A team owner or admin adds a Slack incoming webhook, and every meeting's decisions and actions are posted to that channel when it ends, with owners, due dates and a link to the summary. A weekly round-up of late and upcoming actions is optional.
How do I connect Agendiq to Zapier or Make?
Use the webhook trigger in either tool (Webhooks by Zapier with Catch Hook, or a Custom webhook in Make), paste its address as an endpoint in Agendiq, and send a test event. Every field of the event is then available to map into thousands of apps.
Which events can Agendiq send?
meeting.ended, decision.created, action.created, action.done, action.overdue, poll.closed. Each is a JSON POST signed with HMAC-SHA256 in the X-Agendiq-Signature header, retried if your endpoint is down.
Is there an API?
Yes. A read-only REST API for meetings, decisions and actions, with keys you create and revoke yourself. The developer docs list every endpoint, field and error, with examples in curl, Node and Python.
Does it replace Zoom, Teams or Meet?
For most team meetings it can, with its built-in video call. You can also leave the call off and run Agendiq on the shared screen next to Zoom, Teams or Meet: the agenda, timer and phone voting work the same.
