Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Agendiq. Last updated 3 October 2026.
The operator's company details are being added to this page.
Who we are
Agendiq is operated by [company name], registration no. [registration number], [registered address]. Contact: [email].
By creating an account or using Agendiq you agree to these terms. If you use Agendiq for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The service
Agendiq lets you plan meeting agendas, run meetings live with a timer, video calls and presentations, let participants take part from their phones, and keep the decisions and actions. People who join a meeting don't need an account. You must be at least 16 to create an account.
Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. We may change or improve features; if we remove something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
Your content
What you create in Agendiq (agendas, notes, presentations, uploads) stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you and the people you share it with. You can export or delete it at any time.
When you invite participants or collect their names and emails, you are responsible for having a lawful basis for doing so and for telling them, as the controller of that data. We process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. Business customers can request a data processing agreement at the contact email above.
Acceptable use
Don't use Agendiq to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
- send spam or unwanted invitations;
- upload harmful, hateful or illegal content, or malware;
- try to get around security, plan limits or other users' access, or overload the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Plans and payment
- New accounts get a free 14-day trial. No card is needed for the trial.
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout; taxes are added where they apply.
- Pay-as-you-go video, if you switch it on, is billed after each month for the extra hours used, up to the cap shown in your plan.
- You can cancel at any time in Billing. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for, and isn't renewed. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
- If we change prices, we tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.
- Custom (enterprise) plans may have their own agreed terms, which then take priority over these.
If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights consumer law gives you, including any right of withdrawal; nothing in these terms limits them.
AI features
Some features use AI to draft agendas, presentations and summaries. Drafts can contain mistakes; review them before you rely on them or share them.
Availability
We work to keep Agendiq running and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may need short maintenance windows. Service levels are only guaranteed where agreed in a custom plan.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if the law requires it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury, and your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for Agendiq in that period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we tell account holders by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. Disputes go to the courts of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you can also use the courts and the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.
