The real difference

What is the best alternative to Mentimeter for team meetings?

How much does Mentimeter cost?
Checked on 2026-10-03: Mentimeter has a free plan for up to 50 participants a month, Basic at $11.99 and Pro at $24.99 per presenter per month, both billed yearly, and custom Enterprise pricing.
Is there a free alternative to Mentimeter?
Agendiq has no permanent free plan. Building agendas is free, and running them live is free for 14 days. If you only need an occasional poll for a small group, Mentimeter's own free plan or Slido's free Basic plan may be enough.
Can I import my Mentimeter presentations?
Not directly. Most teams re-create their two or three regular polls as vote blocks in a few minutes. With Presentations Studio you can also describe a deck in a sentence and let the AI draft interactive slides.
Do participants need an account?
No. In both tools people join by scanning a QR code or opening a link, and answer in the browser. Nobody installs an app.
Does Agendiq work with Zoom or Teams?
It has its own video call (up to 25 people on Pro, 50 on Team), so most teams stop needing a separate one. If you do stay on Zoom or Teams, share the Agendiq screen there and people still answer from their phones.
