Slido alternative
A Slido alternative with the agenda and the call built in.
Slido adds polls and Q&A to someone else's meeting. Agendiq is the meeting: a timed agenda, a video call that follows it, and votes and ideas from every phone.
Short answer
Switch or stay
When to switch from Slido, and when not to.
Slido is built for big moments: town halls, webinars and conferences with thousands of attendees, moderated Q&A with upvotes, and deep integration with Webex, Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Switch to Agendiq if…
- You use Slido mostly for votes and quick polls in team meetings.
- You want the agenda, the timer and the call in the same place as the polls.
- The free plan's limit of three polls per slido keeps getting in the way.
- You want decisions and action items written up when the meeting ends.
Stay with Slido if…
- You run town halls or webinars for hundreds or thousands of people.
- Moderated Q&A with upvoting is the main thing you use.
- Your company lives in Webex and wants Slido inside it.
- You need a one-off plan for a single event.

The real difference
Polls inside the meeting, not in another tab.
In most meetings a poll is a detour: someone shares a link, people switch apps, the result lives somewhere nobody looks again. In Agendiq a vote is just the next block. It has its own countdown, the result is on the shared screen, and what you decide goes straight into the meeting summary.
- 1PlanThe vote is part of the agenda, with its options and a few minutes set aside.
- 2VoteYou open the vote and every phone shows the question. Answers are anonymous, and people can change theirs until you close it.
- 3DecideThe result stays on screen while you agree what happens next. Capture the decision, with its owner, in a few words.
- 4Follow upThe summary lists every decision and action with its owner, ready to paste into email or Slack.
Moving from Slido
Switching takes one meeting.
- 01
Plan the meeting
Describe it in a sentence or start from a template. Polls become vote blocks, open questions become brainstorm blocks.
- 02
Invite people
Send the invite with the agenda attached, or just share the join code when you start.
- 03
Run it live
The call, the timer and the polls run from one screen. Phones join with a scan, as they do with Slido.
Want slides too? Agendiq's interactive presentations have poll, quiz, word cloud, scale and ranking slides, answered from phones. They're part of Presentations Studio, included on Team.
Slido alternative questions
What is a good alternative to Slido for team meetings?
If you use Slido mainly for quick votes in regular meetings, a meeting tool with polls built in removes a tab. Agendiq runs the agenda, the timer, the video call and the phone votes together.
How much does Slido cost?
Checked on 2026-10-03: Slido Basic is free (100 participants, 3 polls per slido). Annual plans start at €15 a month for Engage, billed €180 a year, then €60 a month for Professional and €150 a month for Enterprise. Single-event plans start at €60.
Is there a free alternative to Slido?
Agendiq doesn't have a permanent free plan: building agendas is free and running them live is free for 14 days. For a one-off poll with a small group, Slido's free Basic plan may be all you need.
Does Agendiq have Q&A like Slido?
Not upvoted Q&A. Participants can raise a hand, send ideas and answer open questions from their phones. If moderated Q&A for a large audience is what you need, Slido is the better fit.
Do participants need to download anything?
No. In both tools people join from the browser by scanning a code or opening a link, with no account.
Can I keep using Zoom, Teams or Webex?
Yes. Share the Agendiq screen in your call and people still vote from their phones. Many teams switch to the built-in call instead, because it changes layout with each agenda item.
