What's inside

By the end of this meeting, the whole team knows today's goal, which patients need extra care and where the openings and opportunities are. The full agenda is drawn to scale above: every block has its own timer when you run it live.

How to run it

  1. 1Prepare the night before: the front desk prints the schedule with alerts, balances and unscheduled treatment marked.
  2. 2Huddle standing, at the same time every day, about 15 minutes before the first patient. The timers keep it to ten minutes.
  3. 3Replace the numbers you track with your practice's own goal; keep it to production, collections and today's scheduled total.
  4. 4Close with one team focus, voted on phones, and check it at the next huddle.
