Questions people ask

What is start stop continue?
A feedback and retrospective format with three questions: what should we start doing, what should we stop doing, and what should we continue doing?
What is a good start stop continue example?
Start: sharing the agenda a day before. Stop: status updates that could be a message. Continue: Friday demos. Specific notes like these lead to changes people can act on.
What's the difference between start stop continue and plus delta?
Plus delta has two columns: what went well (plus) and what to change (delta). Start stop continue splits change into starting and stopping, which gives more concrete actions.
