How to run it

  1. 1Ask one question a day at the start of your stand-up or daily huddle. The pack holds 20, one for every working day of a month.
  2. 2Open the slide grid and jump to today's question. Each slide's notes say which day it's for.
  3. 3Give a minute to answer on phones and read three answers aloud. Then start the stand-up.
  4. 4At the end of the month, ask the team to add their own questions in the editor for next month.
