How to run it

  1. 1Open the pack in Agendiq and press Present. Everyone joins by scanning the QR code; no app or sign-up.
  2. 2Read each question out loud and give the room about 15 seconds to vote.
  3. 3Reveal the split and ask one person from the smaller side to explain their choice.
  4. 4Stop after 10 minutes, even if questions are left. Keep the rest for next week.

Questions people ask

What are good would you rather questions for work?
Questions about work habits and small trade-offs everyone has an opinion on: meetings or email, early starts or late finishes, a view or the snacks. Avoid anything about pay of named people, politics or health.
How do you play would you rather with a remote team?
Share the presentation in your video call. People scan the QR code on screen and vote on their phones, and the split appears as soon as the votes are in.
How many questions should you ask?
Five to ten is enough for a meeting warm-up. Stop while it's still fun and keep the rest for another time.
