Sales meeting

Games that make the team sharper, not just louder

🎯
Title

In short

Sales competition ideas are contests that motivate a sales team, from most first meetings to team relays. This pack pairs six competition ideas with two sales meeting games: an objection battle where the team votes on the best response, and a 60-second pitch-off scored on phones, plus a weekly leaderboard.

How to run it

  1. 1Open with the word cloud and the warm-up poll to get everyone talking.
  2. 2Objection battle: the team votes on the best first response, then you read the reasoning from the notes. Ask a rep to role-play it live.
  3. 3Pitch-off: pick two reps in advance. Same product, 60 seconds each. The room votes and scores the opening.
  4. 4Pick this month's competition by vote, and update the leaderboard slide every week. The sample numbers are placeholders.
