How to run it

  1. 1Pick one theme for the weekend and fill in the title, theme verse and session slides.
  2. 2Brief small group leaders on the questions before the first session, and mix people who don't know each other.
  3. 3Protect the free time. Rest is part of a retreat, not a gap in the schedule.
  4. 4Open the prayer wall mid-morning and pray through it in small groups and in the evening. Remind people to share only what they're happy for everyone to see.
  5. 5For a church leadership retreat, swap session 2 for vision and planning, using the hopes column of the prayer wall as a starting point.
