How to run it

  1. 1Tell people why you're asking and what you'll do with the results before you start.
  2. 2Run it live in a team meeting, or share the join link for people to answer in their own time. Scale votes are anonymous.
  3. 3Repeat the same 12 questions every quarter so you can see the trend, not just the snapshot.
  4. 4Hold the results meeting within two weeks: share the scores, pick the two lowest, and ask the team what would move them.

How often should you run a pulse survey?
Quarterly works for most teams. Use the same questions each time so you can see the trend, and always share what you'll do with the results.
What is a pulse survey?
