Questions people ask

What should be on a company retreat agenda?
A clear purpose, an honest look at the year, time to shape what's next, breakouts, a decision, and plenty of time to connect through games and shared meals.
What are good company retreat ideas?
A year-ahead idea board everyone adds to, breakout pitches with a live vote, a cooperative team challenge, and colleague shout-outs to finish. Mix departments in every activity.
How long should a company retreat be?
One day is enough for a clear purpose and a decision. Two or three days give room for deeper strategy work and more time together.
