How to run it

  1. 1Huddle at the same time and place every day, standing, for 15 minutes. Keep the same board so ideas carry over.
  2. 2Collect safety concerns and ideas from phones, then move cards across as work progresses.
  3. 3Give every safety concern an owner before people leave, and escalate what the unit can't solve.
  4. 4End on a done item. It works as the unit-level board for a hospital tiered huddle, feeding issues up to the next tier.
