How to run it

  1. 1Fill in the season numbers, highlights and award names, and collect photos for the recap ahead of time.
  2. 2Decide who votes for the players' choice MVP (usually just players) and say so before the vote.
  3. 3Give every player a moment of recognition, not just the award winners. Families remember that.
  4. 4Keep speeches short; the run of show leaves 40 minutes for dinner and still ends on time.
