What's inside

By the end of this meeting, three speakers have delivered and been evaluated, everyone has had a chance to speak, and the club has voted for its best speaker, evaluator and Table Topics speaker. The full agenda is drawn to scale above: every block has its own timer when you run it live.

How to run it

  1. 1Fill every role a week ahead: Toastmaster of the Day, General Evaluator, Table Topics Master, Timer, Ah-Counter, Grammarian, speakers and evaluators.
  2. 2Each speech block has its own timer on screen, so the Timer and the audience see the same clock.
  3. 3Rename the vote options to the speakers' and evaluators' names before the meeting starts.
  4. 4Keep guests welcome but never put them on the spot; Table Topics is for those who volunteer.
  5. 5Send the summary with the awards and next meeting's role sign-ups.
