How many words can you say in 1 minute?

About 130 at a calm speaking pace. That's a short paragraph, so a one-minute pitch has room for one idea and one example.

Does the 1 minute timer make a sound?

Yes, a soft two-note chime at zero, made in your browser without any audio files. Turn it off with the bell button. It still chimes on time in a background tab, because the sound is scheduled when you press Start.

Can I show it full screen?

Yes. Press F or the full screen button and the digits fill the screen, big enough for a whole room. Escape takes you back.

Do I need to sign up or install anything?

No. The timer is free and runs in your browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. No account, no email, no download.
