How to run it

  1. 1Have a senior leader open the talk and say, in their own words, that nobody gets in trouble for stopping a job in good faith.
  2. 2Walk through the five steps, then run the scenarios. Let the votes come in before anyone speaks.
  3. 3Where the room splits, ask one person from each side to explain. That conversation is the point of the talk.
