What's inside

By the end of this meeting, residents hear what was done about last month's concerns, raise new ones by department and choose next month's activity request. The full agenda is drawn to scale above: every block has its own timer when you run it live.

How to run it

  1. 1Let residents run the meeting: the president chairs and the secretary keeps the concerns log. Staff attend by invitation.
  2. 2Show the agenda on a large screen in big type, and have a staff helper available for residents who need help joining.
  3. 3Start with the facility's responses to last month's concerns, so residents see that raising things works.
  4. 4Send the concerns log to the administrator after the meeting and bring the written responses to the next one.
